Prices are indicative starting prices for vehicles requiring standard preparation and light paint enhancement. Extensive paint correction, heavy contamination, oversized vehicles and additional restoration are quoted separately. Complete package inclusions depend on vehicle materials and suitability. Full interior deep cleaning and carpet shampooing are not included as standard.

The result starts well before the coating touches the paint.
Assess
We inspect paint condition, contamination and existing defects to establish suitable preparation.
Decontaminate
Thorough washing and appropriate chemical or mechanical decontamination prepare the surface.
Enhance
Light machine polishing improves finish clarity. Heavier defect correction is separately assessed.
Protect
We prepare the panels and apply the selected Gtechniq coating system according to product requirements.

Clear Conditions.
Eligible vehicles coated with Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra may qualify for a nine-year manufacturer guarantee covering specified paintwork issues under Gtechniq's published terms.
The guarantee applies to eligible original gloss paintwork only. It is non-transferable, excludes commercial vehicles and requires registration within 30 days of application.
A free annual inspection by the original accredited applicator is required. The inspection does not include a complimentary vehicle wash or detail.
Scratches, swirl marks, stone chips and loss of hydrophobic performance are not covered by the nine-year guarantee. Protection applied to wheels, glass, trim and interior surfaces is not included in the paintwork guarantee.

What is the difference between Crystal Serum Light and Crystal Serum Ultra?
Crystal Serum Light is a consumer-available Gtechniq coating, while Crystal Serum Ultra is a specialist coating installed through Gtechniq's accredited applicator network. CSU has a conditional nine-year manufacturer guarantee for eligible vehicles.
Is EXOv5 included in the CSU package?
Yes. Our Ultimate and Complete packages include Crystal Serum Ultra followed by EXOv5 as standard, without an additional topcoat upgrade charge.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches and stone chips?
No. Ceramic coating is not scratch-proof or stone-chip-proof. Paint Protection Film is a more suitable option for physical impact protection. Explore our PPF service.
Is paint correction included?
Our starting packages include light single-stage paint enhancement where appropriate. Heavily scratched or swirled vehicles may require additional correction, which is quoted separately.
Does the nine-year guarantee cover wheels, glass and interior surfaces?
No. Gtechniq's CSU nine-year manufacturer guarantee applies to eligible original gloss paintwork under its terms. Other protected surfaces have different product characteristics and are not covered by that paintwork guarantee.
How do I maintain my ceramic coating?
Regular safe washing with suitable products is essential. Avoid harsh cleaning methods and follow the aftercare instructions provided at handover. Annual inspections are required to maintain eligibility for the CSU manufacturer guarantee.
Can you coat a brand-new vehicle?
Yes. New vehicles can benefit from ceramic coating, but we still inspect and prepare the paint. New paintwork can have contamination or defects requiring attention before coating.
Is a ute eligible for the nine-year guarantee?
Eligibility depends on the vehicle and its use. Gtechniq's published CSU guarantee excludes commercial vehicles, so eligibility must be checked before we make a guarantee commitment for a ute or work vehicle.

Our premium ceramic coating installations are performed at RD Mobile Car Detailing's studio in Wyong, serving customers across the Central Coast NSW.
